A CHAT WITH JESUS CHRIST...

Jesus: Hello. Did you call me?

Man: Called you? No. Who is this?

Jesus: This is Jesus. I heard your prayers. So I thought I will chat.

Man: I do pray. Just makes me feel good. I am actually busy now. I am in the midst of something.

Jesus: What are you busy at? Ants are busy too.

Man: Don’t know. But I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic. It’s rush hour all the time.

Jesus: Sure. Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you results. Activity consumes time. Productivity frees it.

Man: I understand. But I still can’t figure out. By the way, I was not expecting YOU to buzz me on instant messaging chat.

Jesus: Well I wanted to resolve your fight for time, by giving you some clarity. In this net era, I wanted to reach you through the medium you are comfortable with.

Man: Tell me, why has life become complicated now?

Jesus: Stop analyzing life. Just live it. Analysis is what makes it complicated.

Man: why are we then constantly unhappy?

Jesus: Your today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday. You are worrying because you are analyzing. Worrying has become your habit. That’s why you are not happy.

Man: But how can we not worry when there is so much uncertainty?

Jesus: Uncertainty is inevitable, but worrying is optional.

Man: But then, there is so much pain due to uncertainty.

Jesus: Pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional.

Man: If suffering is optional, why do good people always suffer?

Jesus: Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don’t suffer. With that experience their life become better not bitter.

Man: You mean to say such experience is useful?

Jesus: Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.

Man: But still, why should we go through such tests? Why can’t we be free from problems?

Jesus: Problems are Purposeful Roadblocks Offering Beneficial Lessons (to) Enhance Mental Strength. Inner strength comes from struggle and endurance, not when you are free from problems.

Man: Frankly in the midst of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading.

Jesus: If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Looking outside, you dream. Looking inside, you awaken. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides insight.

Man: Sometimes not succeeding fast seems to hurt more than moving in the right direction. What should I do?

Jesus: Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you. Knowing the road ahead is more satisfying than knowing you rode ahead. You work with the compass. Let others work with the clock.

Man: In tough times, how do you stay motivated?

Jesus: Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.

Man: What surprises you about people?

Jesus: When they suffer they ask, “why me? When they prosper, they never ask “Why me” Everyone wishes to have truth on their side, but few want to be on the side of the truth.

Man: Sometimes I ask, who I am, why am I here. I can’t get the answer.

Jesus: Seek not to find who you are, but to determine who you want to be. Stop looking for a purpose as to why you are here. Create it. Life is not a process of discovery but a process of creation.

Man: How can I get the best out of life?

Jesus: Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.

Man: One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.

Jesus: There are no unanswered prayers. At times the answer is NO.

Man: Thank you for this wonderful chat. I am so happy to start the day with a new sense of inspiration.

Jesus: Well. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Don’t believe your doubts and doubt your beliefs. Life is a mystery to solve not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

Man: Thank you so much.

Jesus: You are always welcome. Have a good day my fr
iend.

THE (SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUS
For the next 60 seconds, set aside whateverYou're doing and take this opportunity! Let's see if SatanCan stop this.... ... ... ... THE(SCIENTIFIC) DEATH OF JESUSAt the age of 33,Jesus was condemned to death .At the timeCrucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worstCriminals were condemned to be crucified. Yet it wasEven more dreadful for Jesus, unlikeOther criminals condemned to death byCrucifixion Jesus was to be nailed to theCross by His hands and feet. Each nailWas 6 to 8 inches long. The nailsWere driven into His wrist. NotInto His palms as is commonlyPortrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist thatExtends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knewThat when the nails were being hammered into theWrist that tendon would tear andBreak, forcing Jesus to use His backMuscles to support himself so that He couldBreath.

Both of His feet
Were nailed together. Thus He was forced toSupport Himself on the single nail thatImpaled His feet to the cross. Jesus couldNot support himself with His legs because of the painSo He was forced to alternate between arching HisBack then using his legs just to continue toBreath. Imagine the struggle, the pain, theSuffering, the courage.Jesus endured thisReality for over 3 hours.Yes,Over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind ofSuffering? A few minutes before He died,Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring waterFrom his wounds. From common imagesWe see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear woundTo His side... But do we realize His woundsWere actually made in his body. A hammerDriving large nails through the wrist, the feet overlappedAnd an even large nail hammered through the arches, then aRoman guard piercing His side with a spear. ButBefore the nails and the spear Jesus was whipped andBeaten. The whipping was so severe that it tore theFlesh from His body. The beating so horrific that HisFace was torn and his beard ripped from His face. TheCrown of thorns cut deeply into His scalp. Most menWould not have survived this torture.

He had no more blood
To bleed out, only water poured from HisWounds. The human adult body contains about 3.5 liters(just less than a gallon) of blood.Jesus poured all 3.5Liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into HisMembers; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyondThat, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into HisChest..All these withoutMentioning the humiliation He suffered after carrying His ownCross for almost 2 kilometers, while the crowd spat in hisFace and threw stones (the cross was almost 30 kg of weight,Only for its higher part, where His hands wereNailed).Jesus hadTo endure this experience, to open theGates of Heaven,So that you can have freeAccess to God.So that your sinsCould be "washed" away. All of them, with no exception!Don't ignore this situation.JESUSCHRIST DIED FOR YOU!

He died for you! It
Is easy to pass jokes or foolish photos by e-mail, butWhen it comes to God, sometimes you feel ashamed to forwardTo others because you are worried of what they may thinkAbout you.GodHas plans for you, show all your friends what He experiencedTo save you. Now think about this! May God bless yourLife!60Seconds with God...For the next 60Seconds, set aside what you're doing and takeThis opportunity! Let's see if Satan can stopThis. All you have to doIs:1. SimplyPray for the person who sent this message toYou:2.Then, send thisMessage to people.. The more the better.3. People willPray for you and you will make that many people pray to GodFor other people.4. Take aMoment to appreciate the power of God in your life, forDoing what pleases Him.

If you are not
Ashamed to do this, please, follow Jesus' instructions. He said (Matthew 10:32 & 33): "Everyone thereforeWho acknowledges me before others, I also will acknowledgebefore My Father in heaven; but whosoever denies Mebefore others, I will deny before my Father in heaven.

Pray

If this child and his dog know how to pray, why can't we?

Wake Up!

Few decades ago, Philippines was considered as one of the promising countries in Asia - acclaimed by World Bank as a future power house. Well, we cannot deny it because, as we can see, we have a lot of resources to utilize for our progress.

With over 7000 islands, we are endowed with a fertile land and a subtropical climate that provides an environment for different species of plants and animals. We are also anointed with lots of mineral, agricultural and marine resources and an extensive coastline filled with marine life.It was said that we can attract foreign investments because of our stocks of gold, silver, copper, cobalt and useful minerals for industry and according to Philippine History website, the country brags for it's many forms of natural waters which adduce a huge harvest of fishes for local consumption and exportation abroad.

Inspite of these facts, what happened to the Philippines now? Does it progressed? Well, the answer with that is obviously no! In fact, it became worst. According to Rommel Banlaoi a political science professor at the National Defense College, "Philippines is the sick man of Asia".

What made him said that? Well, look around you, do see the answer? If not, let me tell you.

Let's start with the most obvious one, the population growth. Philippines has ranked 12th as the most populous country in the world; 84 million by the end of 2004, and counting. At an annual growth rate of 2.36%, the population will have doubled by 2033 and may reach 200 million by 2042. It's a young population (50% is under 21 years old) and it's facing lots of afflictive shortages. Shortages on food, shelter, doctors, teachers, nurses, midwives and other vital needs of every citizens.Today, we are also threatened with the constant rise on the prices of oil. Let's add to that the arrivals of typhoons after typhoons plus the increasing rate of unemployment of the Filipino citizens and of course, the nation's huge domestic and foreign debts. With all the presence of these elements, poverty in the country is really expected to worsen.

What happened to the Philippines? A promising country who turned out to the sick man of Asia. Who are responsible for these catastrophe? Who are to be blamed? Is it our leaders, or we are also part of it?

Some says that Filipinos are indolent, thieves, corrupt, undesciplined, crab-minded and divided, is it true? If it is, can these traits be considered as the main reason why we are suffering poverty?

The answer is yours. The change is also in you. Wake up and make a move.

Craniopagus parasiticus

Craniopagus parasiticus is a very rare type of conjoined twins where the second twin is connected at the top of the head of the other twin. Worst, the second twin's body is not fully developed. They call the second twin as a parasitic twin since it is dependent on the the first twin who is fully developed.

This girl is Manar Maged, an egyptian baby who suffered craniopagus parasiticus. She has undergone a separation operation which turned out to be succesful. Unfortunately, she died later due to brain infection.

Manar's unfinished twin was able to blinked, smiled, looked around and slept independently. She had a fully functional brain which is very rare.

Manar's is the only case to have survived the operation up until the brain infection.

Men with Two Faces

The name is Edward Mordrake.

He was as reported the 19th century heir to an English peerage. He supposedly had an extra face on the back of his head, which could neither eat nor speak, although it could laugh or cry. Edward begged doctors to have his "demon head" removed, because, supposedly, it whispered horrible things to him at night, but no doctor would attempt it. He committed suicide at the age of 23.

SOURCE: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_Mordrake

I think it's very dubious but maybe they're not fully developed conjoined twins? (hahaha.) I don't know, but I'm really amazed with this.

Due to my curiosity, I have searched the net about this case and guess what, I have found another case like Edward's. Look!

He is Pascual Pinon. He was known as the TWO HEADED MEXICAN. He was a performer with the Sells-Floto Circus in the early 1900s. A railroad worker fromTexas, Pinon was discovered by a sideshow promoter, whose attention had been caught by a large benign cyst or tumor at the top of his head. The promoter drafted Pinon into his freak show and had a fake face made of wax to place onto the growth, allowing the claim that Pinon had two heads. (Some reports state that it was made of silver and surgically placed under the skin.) After several years of touring, the circus manager paid to have the growth removed, and Pinon returned to Texas.

SOURCE:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pasqual_Pinon

Hahaha. At least Pinon's originally doesn't really have a face.

I've read something about it that says it's somewhat like the case, Craniopagus parasiticus where the parasitic twin head(head with an undeveloped body) is attached to its twin whose body is fully developed.

I really don't have enough information with this one, but to those who are really curious, well, the just search the internet!

Just wanna share this one!

Hi, Mommy. I’m your baby. You don’t know me yet, I’m only a few
weeks old. You’re going to find out about me soon, though, I promise.
Let me tell you some things about me. My name is John, and I’ve got
beautiful brown eyes and black hair. Well, I don’t have it yet, but I
will when I’m born. I’m going to be your only child, and you’ll call me
your one and only. I’m going to grow up without a daddy mostly, but we
have each other. We’ll help each other, and love each other. I want to
be a doctor when I grow up.

You found out about me today, Mommy! You were so excited, you couldn’t
wait to tell everyone. All you could do all day was smile, and life was
perfect. You have a beautiful smile, Mommy. It will be the first face I
will see in my life, and it will be the best thing I see in my life. I
know it already.

Today was the day you told Daddy. You were so excited to tell him about
me! …He wasn’t happy, Mommy. He kind of got angry. I don’t think that
you noticed, but he did. He started to talk about something called
wedlock, and money, and bills, and stuff I don’t think I understand
yet. You were still happy, though, so it was okay. Then he did
something scary, Mommy. He hit you. I could feel you fall backward, and
your hands flying up to protect me. I was okay… but I was very sad
for you. You were crying then, Mommy. That’s a sound I don’t like. It
doesn’t make me feel good. It made me cry, too. He said sorry after,
and he hugged you again. You forgave him, Mommy, but I’m not sure if I
do. It wasn’t right. You say he loves you… why would he hurt you? I
don’t like it, Mommy.

Finally, you can see me! Your stomach is a little bit bigger, and
you’re so proud of me! You went out with your mommy to buy new clothes,
and you were so so so happy. You sing to me, too. You have the most
beautiful voice in the whole wide world. When you sing is when I’m
happiest. And you talk to me, and I feel safe. So safe. You just wait
and see, Mommy. When I am born I will be perfect just for you. I will
make you proud, and I will love you with all of my heart.

I can move my hands and feet now, Mommy. I do it because you put your
hands on your belly to feel me, and I giggle. You giggle, too. I love
you, Mommy.

Daddy came to see you today, Mommy. I got really scared. He was acting
funny and he wasn’t talking right. He said he didn’t want you. I don’t
know why, but that’s what he said. And he hit you again. I got angry,
Mommy. When I grow up I promise I won’t let you get hurt! I promise to
protect you. Daddy is bad. I don’t care if you think that he is a good
person, I think he’s bad. But he hit you, and he said he didn’t want
us. He doesn’t like me. Why doesn’t he like me, Mommy?

You didn’t talk to me tonight, Mommy. Is everything okay?

It’s been three days since you saw Daddy. You haven’t talked to me or
touched me or anything since that. Don’t you still love me, Mommy? I
still love you. I think you feel sad. The only time I feel you is when
you sleep. You sleep funny, kind of curled up on your side. And you hug
me with your arms, and I feel safe and warm again. Why don’t you do
that when you’re awake, any more?

I’m 21 weeks old today, Mommy. Aren’t you proud of me? We’re going
somewhere today, and it’s somewhere new. I’m excited. It looks like a
hospital, too. I want to be a doctor when I grow up, Mommy. Did I tell
you that? I hope you’re as excited as I am. I can’t wait.

…Mommy, I’m getting scared. Your heart is still beating, but I don’t
know what you are thinking. The doctor is talking to you. I think
something’s going to happen soon. I’m really, really, really scared,
Mommy. Please tell me you love me. Then I will feel safe again. I love
you!

Mommy, what are they doing to me!? It hurts! Please make them stop! It
feels bad! Please, Mommy, please please help me! Make them stop!

Don’t worry Mommy, I’m safe. I’m in heaven with the angels now. They
told me what you did, and they said it’s called an abortion.

Why, Mommy? Why did you do it? Don’t you love me any more? Why did you
get rid of me? I’m really, really, really sorry if I did something
wrong, Mommy. I love you, Mommy! I love you with all of my heart. Why
don’t you love me? What did I do to deserve what they did to me? I want
to live, Mommy! Please! It really, really hurts to see you not care
about me, and not talk to me. Didn’t I love you enough? Please say
you’ll keep me, Mommy! I want to live smile and watch the clouds and
see your face and grow up and be a doctor. I don’t want to be here, I
want you to love me again! I’m really really really sorry if I did
something wrong. I love you!

I love you, Mommy.

Every abortion is just…

One more heart that was stopped.

Two more eyes that will never see.

Two more hands that will never touch.

Two more legs that will never run.

One more mouth that will never speak.

Happy Birthday Nay

We all say that we are lucky to have our mother and yes! It's true. We love them in ways we cannot express through words.

Today is my mother's birthday and I'm proud to say this: HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE PRETTIEST AND VERY UNDERSTANDING MOM IN THE WORLD!

Others call their mom "Mommy", "Mama" or  "Mom"
but me? I call her "NANAY"! Others may not like it, but for me, it sounds sweet.

I am not that close to my mom but I love her so much! She may not know it, but God knows. I am shy of expressing my love for her that's why, I'll just express it through this blog. I know that I should tell her how much I love her, she deserves to know it, but I think, I still need some time and a lot of courage to say. Well, I have greeted her yesterday in advance!

Me and my sister with OUR NANAY
Nanay is so strict for me, but as her child, I'm already used to it. I even sometimes tell her jokes whenever she tries to scold me (hahaha) and she will then laugh with it (tada! end of conversion)!

I'm not sure but I think it's her 47th birthday today and I won't be able to surprise her coz I'm miles away from her but at least I have greeted her already.

AGAIN:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NANAY! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! WE ALL LOVE YOU (me, dodoy, lolong, inday and tatay)!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR LOVE, PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING! WE'RE SO LUCKY TO HAVE YOU!

<3

Missing Them

High school life is really a great stage of a teenager. This is the time where curiosity, stupidity, craziness and all other weird and extraordinary stuffs happen. This is also the time when you will be able to get along with lots of friends and spend a lot of time with them. Have fun, say anything you wanna say, go wherever you wanna go and do whatever you want to do. Anything! Even if it's annoying, disgusting and humiliating, you'll just do as long as you're having fun.

This clip below is one proof! See how these friends of mine act! Gayness as I say! hahaha! But I just miss them and all these funny stuffs they're doing!

I may not have the best friends in the world, but I still love them! Very much! I miss them a lot. Sometimes, I cry (with buckets?) of tears when I remember them. I sometimes wish to go back to the past and be with them again, do crazy things, laugh with them and talk with them.

Well, I still am spending time with them during semestral breaks or vacation, but it's just not the same as before. Maybe we grew older already and have mature minds that we can no longer dare to do those weird stuffs anymore.

Here is another clip below! Check it out! Boys do crazy things too! This is what I love with my batch! It doesn't matter if you're a boy or a girl, as long as you're having fun, you do almost anything under the sun.

These boys love all the girls in the batch! I mean brotherly love. I can always rely on them in times of needs, comforts, anything. They can even give your boyfriend a punch on the face if it happened that your boyfriend hurt you. That's them. That's us.

I miss this batch!

I love them so much and I'm very proud to belong to them!

Material Balances

When I get sleepy in the middle of studying my lessons, this is what I do (picture taking). Am I too vain?

Well, I think I am but I don't care. It makes me feel good and it also improves my self esteem.

By the way, what I am studying right now is a major subject of mine. It's called ChE 131: Basic Principles of Chemical Engineering. It's about MATERIAL BALANCES. This is my first major subject in my almost three years of existence in MSU-IIT.

I think it's not that hard compared to my minor subjects in engineering but I still need to burn my brows so that I will be able to get a good grade with this.

A life as an engineering student is not as bad as others think it is. You'll just need to balance everything for you to cope up with the fast flow of processes.

Yes BALANCE! (I think I still need this stuff coz I really don't have balance yet.) Well, I was just able to say it coz my friends keep telling me that I have to balance my life.

Balance it is!

Hey Balance? Where are you anyway? Why are you so far from me? I really need you! Come to me right now.!

PS: Balance? I think it's just the second most needed material in the system. The material that we really need the most is faith! Faith to God that no matter what happens, we will still be able to obtain a well managed and balanced life!
